Orders & Returns

Can I exchange an item?

At the moment, we do not offer the option to exchange items. You must return your order for a full refund and place another order with the correct items.

 

Returns can be registered from your user account. For more information, please follow our return procedure.

 

Please note: Refund process can take up to 14 working days after the parcel has been received and the condition of the return has been approved by our quality control team. This is subject to change depending on the time scales of the selected payment institution and unforeseen order volumes.

How to return my order?

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. The return label will automatically be generated when you register a return from your user account or by registering a return here. After 14 days, a return is no longer possible.

We kindly ask you to allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process. For returning orders from overseas, we estimate 21 days.

 

Please note that the customer bears the return shipping costs, which are automatically deducted from the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse. However, if you are trying to cancel your order after 24 hours, please register a return from your user account by following the return procedure.

Can I track my order?

Once the package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code from one of our courier partners.

 

We kindly ask you to allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to display the current delivery status of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for all European countries. For countries outside of Europe, orders are usually delivered within 4-7 working days.

 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the capacity of our courier partners.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes are not possible after your order has been placed. Your order is processed directly by our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours so we can get it to you as fast as possible.

How do I redeem my coupon code?

On the shopping cart page, scroll down to “Do you have a discount coupon?". Enter your discount code in the dropdown text box and click “APPLY COUPON”.

How should I wash my X-BIONIC® Products?

X-BIONIC and X-SOCKS garments use special yarns to enhance your performance under all conditions, the following instructions should be followed to maintain these features: We recommend washing your X-BIONIC & X-SOCKS garments at 30°C or 40°C on the lowest spinning cycle setting exclusively with sports detergent.

 

Please avoid using bleach, conditioners or softeners, as well as tumble drying your garments. For wool products, such as our Merino line, we recommend using special wool detergent. Please avoid washing the garments by hand as the mechanical force may also damage the yarns. We also recommend using the wool or handwash setting of your washing machine with the lowest spinning cycle setting.
