Wendy Holdener
X-ATHLETESWendy Holdener
Olympic and World Champion
My first time on skis was when I was two and a half years old.
Wendy Holdener is a Swiss Olympian and World Cup alpine ski racer. Wendy competed in her first World Cup aged just 17. Her first World Cup podium was just two years later in Germany. Since then she has traveled far and wide. Over the past 12 years, Wendy Holdener has achieved top three finishes in internationally regarded competitions in 18 countries. Switzerland is the country where she has earned the lion's share of these titles and accolades. Perhaps it's the fresh Swiss air?
Or perhaps it's the Swiss designed X-Bionic garment's that unlock her fullest potential. While climbing the ranks of both the SwissSki team and the international alpine ski community, she has had support from X-Bionic technical clothing and socks. Scroll down to take a look at some of her favourites.
My major focus has not changed over the last years. I want to continue improving my skills and work hard on myself to be able to pick up more and more speed when racing down the hills.
